廖晓玲，女，汉族，1986.9，博士，江西省心理咨询师协会副会长兼秘书长，江西省12355青少年服务台服务团专家，江西省社科联第九届理事，江西省巾帼建功标兵。研究方向为心理健康问题评估与与干预，电子邮箱281770596@126.com。
（1）学术贡献：连续三年主持江西省直机关工作委员会专项课题，研究报告获时任省委主要领导批示一项。参与发表SSCI论文13篇，其中SSCI一区一作1篇，SSCI二区共同一作1篇，SSCI三区通讯作者1篇。
（2）实践影响：组织引领1500余名心理工作者共同承办江西省社会心理服务热线“966525”，4年来热线接听群众来电17万人次，成功干预高危来电160余例，社会影响广泛，助力“平安江西 健康江西’建设，多次受到国家卫生健康委员会、江西省委政法委、江西省卫生健康委员会一致表扬；组织600余名讲师为全省开展1.6万场心理健康科普讲座，获得平安江西建设领导小组高度认可。个人受邀到江西省政府办公厅等单位开展心理健康、家庭教育类科普讲座超千场，受众超十万人次。
（3）研究视野：从生态系统视野研究不同人群心理健康问题的影响机制及干预策略。注重从环境和个人两方面对心理健康进行干预。
